We’ll meet-up at Your Office or Local Coffee Shop to Talk About You and Your Business Operations

We will fill out a Bookkeeping Evaluation Form together and discuss your needs to see if we are a good match mutually.

The Review

Monthly Bookkeeping Service Package Option & Letter of Engagement

​

Following our meeting and discussion of your business operations, we’ll then email you a Monthly Bookkeeping Services Package. You can look it over and feel free to ask any questions prior to signing the Letter of Engagement. The Letter of Engagement clarifies the confirmation of understanding for what services are to be performed.

The Collection

Gather Information, Send Us Your Documents & Data

 

We’ll send you a Bookkeeping Services Organizer Form, which lists the documents needed to get started.
For monthly documents you can send us your bank and credit card statements (by email or by uploading them onto your Hubdoc account which we will set you up with) or give us Restricted Online Access so we can gather them ourselves (preferred.)

The Work

Preparing Statements and Services

 

Once we receive your documents, we get to work. We code all of your transactions as income, expenses, assets, liabilities, or equity into QuickBooks Online.

The Reports

Sending of Your Financial Reports

 

We send you a beautiful report of your financial statements. The report makes understanding of your personal business and managing your business easier.
(Based on your selected package, a monthly in-person meeting or call to review your financials may be included to strengthen your financial knowledge).

The Taxes

Year-End Annual Tax Package for your Tax Preparer or CPA

 

Based on selected package an annual year-end tax package may be included so you can provide the necessary information in order to get your taxes done from your Tax Preparer or CPA.
